Our Greatest Assets are Our Dedicated Volunteers
As a volunteer-powered non-profit organization, Our Pet Project, Inc. would not exist without the hard work and dedication of our volunteers. The number of dogs and cats we can save depends on the number of people we have helping us. We are always looking for new volunteers and there are many different ways you can help.
When people think of volunteering at rescues or animal shelters, they usually envision themselves walking dogs or cuddling cats. However, there are SO many other ways to help. From fostering, to helping at adoption events, to following up on an animal after adoption, every volunteer makes a difference. Depending on the particular volunteer role, the time commitment can be as little as an hour a month or as much time as you have to give.
If you have a passion for animals and would like to help save lives, please consider volunteering. There are many ways you can help even if you have limited time and resources.
